Susan Schenck, LAc, is the bestselling author of the 2-time award winning book, "The Live Food Factor". She has a master's degree in Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, as well as a master's in applied linguistics from Indiana University. After 23 years of the California experience, she currently lives in Ecuador as a full time writer and raw food coach.
