Athanassiou, Phoebus

The author is Legal Counsel at the Legal Services of the European Central Bank (ECB) and holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in law from Queen Mary College and King's College, University of London. Prior to joining the ECB, the author was in private practise, inter alia acting as consultant to the Government of the Republic of Cyprus on the transposition of the "acquis" in the fields of securities, banking and insurance law.
