Tina Thurston spent the majority of her childhood in the California state foster care system. She has an understanding of the isolation caused by growing up in such a system. This is the first book of what she hopes to be many as writing was the one activity she could do that was a constant comfort while living in sometimes chaotic surroundings. In addition to creating stories she has written poetry and songs which will be published in time.
