Arvizu, Carmen

Jose Luis Rojas is a mexican author born in Cd. Reynosa, Tamaulipas. He is currently the Managing Partner for a world class Consulting Firm. He has published numerous accounting and risk management articles and interviews. "Con el Diablo en el Bolsillo y Otros Relatos" is Mr. Rojas Opera Prima and subsequent to it, his work has been showcased in two other anthologies of mexican writers.
