Arnold, Philip

Philip Arnold was born in 1950 in Hays Kansas and grew up in Kansas and Colorado. He is a graduate of Regis High School in Denver and Colorado State University. In 1973, he went to work for the Railroad Retirement Board in Chicago. He left Chicago in 1974 and worked for the Board in Billings, Montana for 13 years, and Portland, Oregon for four years, before returning to Chicago in 1990.
