Wendy Arnold was brought up in Concord, Massachusetts and received her Masters Degree in Public Health from the Jonathan and Karin School of Public Health, UCLA, Los Angeles. She has passionately worked in HIV/AIDS education and care since 1982. With her international colleagues, Wendy has helped establish more than 180 Peer Education Programs (PEPs) in 28 countries.
