Arciniegas, German

German Arciniegas was a journalist, ambassador, historian, professor, essay writer, and author of over sixty books. He served as the Colombian Minister of Education, and the Museum of Colonial Art, the National Museum, and el Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca (Superior College of Cundinamarca).
