Dr. Peter Archibong studied Information Technology Management at a Minnesota University in Minneapolis U.S.A. He earned his doctorate degree in Information Technology in 2007. He is a full time professor at an Urban Technical College. Dr. Archibong experienced first-hand the problem of students retention hence his research project -D.I.I.S.M: The five variables that Online students and Administrators must know to control retention.
