Archer, John Michael

John Michael Archer is Professor of English at New York University. He has taught at Columbia University and the University of British Columbia. His books include "Sovereignty and Intelligence" (1993) and "Old Worlds: Egypt, Southwest Asia, India, and Russia in Early Modern English Writing" (2001).
