Apolinario MD, Arthur E.

Arthur E. Apolinario, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.A.F.P. is a Board-Certified Family Physician in North Carolina and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. In 2007 he suddenly found himself divorced, single, lonely, and fat. He looked around and saw so many of his colleagues in medicine also in the same boat. He thought, "How can I be a good patient instructor if I can't even walk the walk?" With that he began on a massive self improvement journey that not only led to weight loss, but improvements in his style and communication and social skills. He has been trained not only in medicine
