Aplin, Tanya

Dr Tanya Aplin has been a Fellow and Lecturer in Law at Cambridge University and has recently moved to Kings College London where she continues to work in the area of IT and e-commerce law. She has written on the liability of ISPs and on Aboriginal Art and Moral Rights Law.
