Jim Ansart (Book & Lyrics) wrote, directed and produced the 1966 World Premiere of "The Death of Mary Walker" in his parent's basement in North Massapequa, New York. Other basement credits include "The Death of Mr. Tibbetts," "Nassau Avenue Follies," "The Fatties" and "The Fatties are Back Again," which won best production as the sole entry in an award ceremony that occurred entirely in his mind.
