Ames, John

John Ames is an educator and writer whose published work includes "Second Serve: The Renee Richards Story" and "Speaking of Florida." He received his M.A. from the University of Florida, where he was a Ford Fellow. He lives in Gainesville, Florida, where he spent more than thirty years as an English instructor at Santa Fe Community College.
