Bengt Alvang has been active as a recruitment consultant, personal coach and executive for over 25 years and is today the owner of two companies in the human resource/recruitment area, with offices in 15 Swedish cities and employing 35 full time consultants. He is 56 years old and lives in Gothenburg, on the west coast of Sweden.
