Rabbi Wayne Allen, Ph.D., received rabbinic ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America and was awarded a Ph.D. degree from York University in Toronto. He has served as a congregational rabbi for almost 34 years, taking on postings in New York City, Los Angeles, and Toronto. His primary interest has been Jewish Law.
