Allen, Gwenfread E.

Allen was born in Colorado, studied at the University of California-Berkeley, moved to Hawaii completed her bachelor degree at the University of Hawaii. She devoted herself to community concerns in Hawaii. She was also a teacher. Upon her death she left most of her estate worth $4.9 million in trust to the Hawaii Community Foundation to support the elderly and mentally ill.
