Alicea, Joseph M.

Alicea, a native of New York City, enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1972. Five years later, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree and completing officer Training School, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant. His military assignments took him to the Western Pacific, the Aleutians Islands, Europe and several stateside bases. He earned an MBA and completed several DoD Professional Military Education programs. He retired from the military in 1993.
