Ali, Joan

My name is Joan Ali and I began cooking at the age of 8 years, not because I wanted to but because I had to. At the time my mother was very sick and since I had younger siblings and my dad was at work I had to make sure there was food for everyone to eat. As time went by I fell in love with cooking and made many delicious dishes but forgot some of the recipes since I did not make some of the dishes often and never wrote them down I forgot some of them. After retiring I started cooking a lot again and so I started making my own blank cookbooks to use.
