Adetayo Alabi obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Saskatchewan. Before joining the University of Mississippi as Assistant Professor of English, specializing in World Literature, he taught Postcolonial and International Literatures at Millikin University in Illinois and at the University of Windsor in Canada. He published entries in the Encyclopedia of Postcolonial Literatures and in The Companion to African Literatures.
