Frederick J. Shaw, Jr., is currently Chief of the Research Division at the Air Force Historical Research Agency (AFHRA), Maxwell AFB, Alabama. He served four years in the United States Air Force, most of that time assigned to the 10th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing, RAF, Alconbury, the United Kingdom, as an intelligence officer. A Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Shaw resided during 1972 in Mexico City preparing for his dissertation.
