AUTHOR: GENARO R. GOJO CRUZ grew up in Pastol, Muzon, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. He has won two Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature for his short stories for children: Ang Lumang Aparador (2002) and Mahabang-mahabang-mahaba (2009). He is a faculty member of the Literature Department of De La Salle University-Manila and Philippine Normal University.
