Jagdish Agrawal was picked up by Dr. Ram Prasad Tripathi to teach at the University of Saugar, in Madhya Pradesh, the only University in the State . Jagdish taught students older than himself . The students came here from all over India . Some of his students like Waman Kalmegh, ended up as the Vice-Chancellor Of Nagpur University . Also, Mr. Ashok Vajpeyi, famous Hindi Critic and Poet, rose to be the Chairman of Lalit Kala Academy of New Delhi .
