Acker, G. Elaine

Elaine Acker is an adventurer at heart, and her favorite spot on earth is Texas's Big Bend. She's won awards for her nature and travel articles in Texas Parks and Wildlife and numerous other magazines, and has published two other book-length works of non-fiction. When she's not exploring in her Airstream, she resides on Lake Travis just west of Austin. Spirits of the Canyon is her first published novel.
