D.A. (David Anthony) Abrams is an author, speaker, leadership advisor, D&I and association management expert who currently serves as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for the United States Tennis Association (USTA) in White Plains, New York. He has worked for the USTA for over twenty years on both the national and sectional levels. His other books include "Diversity & Inclusion: The Big Six Formula for Success" and "New-School Leadership: Making a Difference in the 21st Century."
