Abdussabur, Shafiq R. F.

Shafiq R.F. Abdussabur is a law enforcement officer in Connecticut with over fourteen years of community-based police training and experience. In 2002 he founded CTRIBAT Institute for Social Development Inc., which offers life skill workshops to boys and girls between nine and seventeen years old. The CTRIBAT 2006 Summer Pilot posted an impressive 400 percent reduction in firearm-related violence in its neighborhood of operation.
