A. St Cyr, Raymond

Raymond (Ray) St. Cyr was born and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts. Mr. St. Cyr is a graduate of Salem State University and was awarded numerous Certificates of Completion in the technical and Mediation and Conflict Management disciplines from Northeastern and Southern Maine Universities. In his career as a Principal Micro-Electronic Engineer, Mr. St. Cyr authored a number of technical publications, and is a Life Member of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
