Mr. Emmanuel Reinfred Okyere is one of the managers who set up the Health Insurance in Ghana. He started as a Scheme Manager, later as a Regional Manager and an Operations Manager. He holds MSc Environmental Science and has experience in Monitoring and Evaluation. He is married to Mrs. Agnes Okyere and has two children, Pearl and Joshua.
