O autorze

Muriel Le Roux is senior researcher at the CNRS, at the Institute for Modern and Contemporary History CNRS-École normale supérieure-Paris 1, (France). Specialist in the history of science, technology and business, she has been responsible for coordinating the scientific programmes of the Comité pour l'histoire de La Poste for many years.

With a PhD in contemporary history, Sébastien Richez is an historian of the Comité pour l'histoire de La Poste. He is studying the societal acculturation of the French Post office.

Eugène Vaillé the first academic historian of the French Post Office, in the middle of the 20^th century, and the first curator or the French postal museum. I died in 1959.
