Mabisi Winnie is a holder of a Bachelor s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration and a Masters Degree in Rural Development from Makerere University. She has worked as a Research Assistant with World Vision Uganda and as an Information and Documentation Officer with Eaton Towers-Uganda. Her interests are research and community development.
