This timely and topical book will serve as essential reading for educators, policy-makers, practitioners and students working with emerging adults as they navigate the school-to-work transition in an increasingly challenging global marketplace. The book is unique in its truly international perspective, emphasis on resilience, and coverage of diverse economic, social and cultural perspectives. An excellent addition to the Emerging Adult Series.
