Organizational performance is positively correlated with job satisfaction, job control and stress coping strategies, and negatively correlated to the health with the values of 0.500, 0.576, 0.457 and -0.210 respectively. Job satisfaction is positively correlated with the health and stress coping strategies; and negatively correlated with job control with the values of 0.625, 0.507 and -0.676 respectively. Job control is negatively correlated with health and positively correlated with stress coping strategies with the values of -0.494 and 0.715 respectively; while health is negatively correlated with the stress coping strategies with the value of -0.237. All the values are significant either at the 0.01 or 0.05 levels.
