Saifi Kheire Eddine was born in Algeria, in Bordj Bou Arreridj, in 1990. After an education in the Algerian state, he obtained in 2009 his baccalaureate and then continued his studies in literature in Algerian universities. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in French language from the University of Sadik Benyahia and continues his studies today.
