This investigation sought comprehension of the experiences women in leadership encountered in culturally male-dominated environments within corporate offices. The theoretical framework for this investigation was based on the Labyrinth Theory. This theory characterizes a phenomenon that exacts torturous obstructive hurdles to conquer for success. Women have encountered the circuitous nature of this theory in the corporate offices throughout the United States. The difficulties encountered as a result of this Labyrinthine phenomenon's unwarranted actions has prompted women to reconsider their pursuits to attain upper level leadership roles. As a result many women are electing to remain in lower level positions; or abandoning their pursuits entirely to launch their own businesses endeavors. While some women successfully navigated the twists of the twisting Labyrinthine obstacle others were not successful. This is the results of the investigation on the effects and fall outs of the Labyrinthine Theory.
