Herbert Hrachovec, born 1947, is associate professor of Philosophy at the University of Vienna and member of the University s academic senate. Alois Pichler, born 1966, is a member of staff at the Department of Culture, Language and Information Technology (AKSIS) at UNIFOB AS, Bergen, Norway.
