The investment advisor lives besides on the re-use of experiences from earlier consulting discussions. With case-based reasoning systems it is possible to cope a large part of the problem field complexity and the system is able to learn for new decision problems. The processing of the problem field of vague knowledge can be counteracted in combination with the fuzzy set theory. So the combination of case-based reasoning systems with the fuzzy set theory is a suitable problem solution method for the decision support in the investment advice. During the realization of a such system, always it is to give attention to the three dimensions human resource management, organization and information and communication technology.
