Some theorists have confirmed that today's development world is competition. This situation is further accentuated by the fact that the business of development or organisation in African countries in general and in the DRC in particular is regionalised, politicised in the very sense of the word and to go very far these businesses even go to be tribalised. The minority tribes are the first victims. Among the Batembo, we have the duty to demonstrate this in order to propose certain solutions to the various challenges because we have realised that the followers of this tribe are not only ill-informed about their fate but also and above all because its advanced people are either afraid or lack the means to sensitise them through the known means of sensitisation: media, newspapers, books, posters, videos and so on. In this book we talk about a brief presentation of the Batembo and the problems they face. Obedi Kisoho, Henri Henri OBEDI KISOHO is a Social Worker and Nurse-Pediatrician by training. He is a victim of social injustice. He represents the Tembo students at different meetings and conferences at the university campus of the lake in Goma. Vice-president and Secretary of the Tembo Youth League and member of the provincial Tembo youth committee.
