I don't have all the answers but I do believe that in a relationship change is constant and can be disruptive. The couple I interviewed for this project was a general example of how things can spiral out of control, get sticky for a while and still be able to come right around full circle. Alexis is a good friend of mine and Adrian is her other half. These two ran into some challenging situations over the course of their relationship so far. They are situations that a lot of us will be able to relate to and may have handled the same way. I'm here to help you break things down. We're going to get rid of the unhealthy attributes and incorporate some useful tools. So that even if you haven't hit any road blocks yet; when you do, you will be able to take them head on.
