Various wheat germplasm screening for developing biofortified wheat, use of industrial waste such as blackstrap molasses where available against IDA, soymilk blend ice cream as cheap protein source with benefit of lactose tolerance, are helpful to suppress malnutrition among public that also significantly contribute in decreasing nutrition related health diseases among the large segment of population, improved health status of the person improves their earning. Furthermore, these food based approaches play their role in value added products that may be good for improving the economic condition of a country.
