Today the business environment is more severelycompetitive than in the past. Knowledge in anorganization is one of the most important keys togain competitive advantage in the global dynamic andcomplex business environment.There are many foreign invested companies asTaiwanese, Koreans, Japanese, and Singaporean as wellas Vietnamese companies which are doing business inVietnam. Sharing knowledge should be considered asone core competency of knowledge management in thecompanies, which is evaluated as an important key tosuccess. It is important that knowledge sharing beintegrated into a business strategy to reach goalssuch as competitiveness, effectiveness and performance.The empirical results suggest that investigation ofthe relationship among interpersonal trust,organizational support, and communication climate,knowledge sharing and individual performance aresignificant validated.Finally, the results reveal that the demographiccharacteristics influences on the five researchconstructs in the difference type of companies inVietnam.
