BE ADVISED. This book is largely the observations of an individual that is heavily involved in Communications and Media Studies; however, it also contains some very serious and heavy themes, it is not recommended for children under 15 years of age without parental guidance. Thirty Years to Learn, Hours to Read Dedicated to excellence, the book that had to be written; Blake Joy's "What I've learnt ...and What I Was Secretly Thinking Behind Their Backs" is a seriously serious book. You just have to be serious sometimes and this is a great place to begin. It covers a plethora of seriously important topics including Life, The REAL World, ACTUAL Goodness, Communications, The Media, Globalisation, War, Religion, Fitness, Biomechanics, Exercise, Nutrition, Professional Development, Adolescent Development, History, Objectivity and The End of The World to name a few. "What I've Learnt ...and what I was secretly thinking behind their backs" is also riddled with all of the best quotes and sayings that Blake has heard throughout his life, Quotes and sayings that need to be communicated to a wider audience, many quotes that also need to be edited for general exhibition. There is also a section detailing all of films and television programs that are absolutely essential viewing for all. The book ends with a remarkable chapter, which is also freely available to read and distribute, where Blake outlines an order, "The order of goodness" that details a plan for a peaceful, understanding and loving global community. It also details how important one's brain is to them and proves, beyond any reasonable doubt, the existence of "The Devil," "El Diablo" or "Satan," how to understand it, recognise it and resist it. This book is an absolute MUST HAVE A mind blowing journey that you can't read just once. A MUST READ Buy it today What an absolutely insane journey so far. The story of my life is quite depressing; however, the story of what I have learnt is something else. I think that if any old bum wrote a book about what they have learnt it would be reasonably interesting at least, even if they're confused about what they have learnt and what they have adopted as a belief without any substantial or tangible evidence. What if a guy that has studied "The Media" since he was thirteen and now has a degree in Communication Studies wrote a book about what he has learnt? What about a guy that has held a job since he was twelve? What about a guy whose life spiraled out of control and became a stalking and bullying victim, just for being good looking? That should make for some pretty interesting stuff. Right? What about a speed metal drummer that can't get enough of "The Funk"? What about a guy that has been studying music and playing in bands since he was fifteen? What about a guy that loves dancing? What about a guy that thinks every remote control should have a "please" button? Well that's me, and this is the book about what I have learnt. Now, what's "The Magic Word"? What's "Introspection"?
