Blagovest Georgiev is Doctor of Sociology, Associate Professor with the Chair of Sociology at "St Kl. Ohridski University of Sofia". He lectures strategic planning and organizational building. Lately, taking stock of the Club of Rome', FAO', and EPI's works his research took to world order, overpopulation and redundancy, food security.
