Your author felt the Washington Political Battles were preventing anything from being accomplished in Washington DC. I found out other Americans like me had the same views of the Washington Problem when I attended my wife's High School Alumni meeting and my Caltech Alumni meeting in May 2013. I heard men and women at both alumni meetings saying over and over again: Can't these elected officials in Washington get anything done? It appears these elected officials feel no obligation to solve the problems of the country. They appear to believe we elected them to point fingers at each other rather than do what they are supposed to do. I have tried to find out what is happening in these Washington Political battles by researching the Internet. In this book I tried to present what Washington IS doing instead of their responsible jobs.
