The demands of the times in which we are living force us to broaden our vision of the spaces where learning can be developed or continued for all students, with equal and equal opportunities. This includes young people with special educational needs, who must participate with their peers in the virtual environment, respecting their pace and learning style. This is the goal to be achieved by teachers in this century, to provide educational attention to young people with disabilities, through virtuality.From the need for attention arises this research that presents as an objective: "To propose a model of virtual learning environment for the inclusion of young people with disabilities in an Institute". The research consists of six chapters. Theoretical background is provided for the variable "Virtual Learning Environment" (VLE) and the variable "Disability". The book presents the background, objectives, methodology used in the research as well as its results, ending in its last chapter with the proposed model of care.
