This research on the validity of some tests at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Kisangani aimed at verifying whether the first semester exams in the Department of Educational Sciences were valid. Specifically, we sought to see both how many questions were matched to objectives and how many pedagogical objectives were not measured by the test questions; and to identify the most prevalent degree of relationship between the questions and the pedagogical objectives. It was carried out using the cross-sectional method supported by the documentary technique. The results obtained showed us that the tests of the first semester in the Department of Educational Sciences do not measure globally the operational objectives formulated during the teachings, since less than 50% of questions (35.7% 50%) are matched to the objectives and most of the objectives (62.2% >50%) are not measured by the questions. Furthermore, compared to the degree of Q/O relationship, zero congruence is the most prevalent degree of relationship between questions and instructional objectives.
