In the fight against malaria, one of the major problems is the effective use of LLINs. It was therefore of interest to know how users behave. This study allowed us to assess the profile of the users of the LLINs. Our respondents had a good knowledge of malaria. However, some of them did not use the impregnated mosquito net correctly, despite knowing that it can reduce the incidence of malaria. However, the majority of the users said that they had adapted to the LLINs despite feeling uncomfortable at the beginning of use. Also, pregnant women and children are given priority to sleep under LLINs in case of choice. Unfortunately, there are still users (11.5%) who have eliminated the gas (which is annoying) by drying the LLIN in the sun. It is therefore necessary to carry out local awareness campaigns with the involvement of all, especially the community. The proper use of LLINs can considerably reduce cases of severe malaria, the rate of premature births and significantly reduce infant mortality from all causes.
