Dr Sharma was born in Kapilvastu, Nepal. He is working as Joint Secretary (Program Director) in Plant Protection Directorate, Ministry of Agricultural Development, Nepal. He has published several articles on Plant Protection sector, specially on pesticides and IPM. He is continuously working to aware the farmers about the right use of pesticide.
