It is called "Moraqaba" which means that the Mystic should watch over God not God watches over him all time. The enclosed essay focus on the channels and ways that connect the Divine with mans heart. The author also shows how can a Sufi "Mystic" goes through extreme states of Mystical conscious to attain illumination and vision of God.
