Watt focuses on the relevant areas of equity and trusts, providing readers with a broad, but nevertheless rigorous, knowledge and understanding of the subject area. An accessible and important source of information. All in all, a very good book.
Gary Watt is a Professor of Law at the University of Warwick. He was made Law Teacher of the Year in 2009 and in 2010 he was named a National Teaching Fellow by the Higher Education Academy. He is the author of another OUP book, Equity & Trusts Law Directions.
