I cannot give you a definitive description on what trust the noun is, just as I cannot describe to you what love is. I can tell you what the energy of trust provides to you. The energy of trust is your inherent personal power that you are meant to live with. It gives you more self-esteem and self worth. It helps you connect to the world you live in and other people around you. It gives you a sense of safety and security. It gives you more clarity in your mind and enables you to lead a more heart-centered life. Everyone has an unlimited amount of unconditional trust inside of them, but most people have lost their connection to trust and actually spend many hours and lots of energy doing things in order to be able to have some sense of trust, even though it is usually a very small amount of what is readily available to them. This book gives you a simple and practical exercise to learn how to harness this unlimited and innate trust energy. It is as easy as paying attention to your breathing. Everyone can do it. One of the aspects of trust is that it is a force to moves things forward and manifests desires. Once you harness the trust energy it will work on your behalf to help you manifest your truest desires automatically because that is what trust does. As I stated before, the energy of trust is like a river; a force and movement. It is a natural, loving, benefical, benevolent and intelligent universal force and the flowing movement of this powerful force is what gives the energy of trust the ability to make things manifest and work for the highest good of all.
