The book was conducted with the aim of the efficacy of training life skills on reducing depression and increasing Life Expectancy among the students. Results indicated that training life skills contributes to a reduction in depression and increase of life expectancy in the students. Since, it is likely life expectancy and depression will affect the mental disorders as well as educational failure and act as obstacles on ten way of success and achievement, thus, ways to increase life expectancy and reduce depression is of importance. In fact, life skills, by challenging negative thoughts, will boost planning for attaining goals, and strengthen life expectancy and reduce depression.
